Red Ribbon Week

This week, October 26-30 will be red ribbon week!  Red Ribbon Week is a fantastic way to reinforce healthy and positive behavior and choices related to academic performance, social-emotional well being, and drug use prevention.

There will be lots of activities do to every day!

Monday:

Family Night, No Homework Night

No homework, and a scavenger hunt with you family!

Tuesday:

De-stress day

Enjoy some activities that will help you de-stress and focus on your wellness.

Wednesday:

Anti-bullying campaign

Take a moment to look at a couple anti bullying presentations put together by our ASB. Also, plan and wear something that reflects a topic or subject you are passionate about, whether it be sports, music, games, culture, or another subject! Write a note to yourself or someone else about something or someone you might be grateful for.

Thursday:

Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free.

Be creative! Design a Google Slide that follows or illustrates the official Red Ribbon Week theme for this year: “Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free.” This can be a cartoon, a combination of images from the internet, or some other creative scenario.

Friday:

Halloween!

Halloween costumes COVID-19 style! Create and dress up in a Halloween costume created by items you already have around your house.

You can also submit pictures for participation, and have a chance to win a gift card!

All activities are optional, but are highly encouraged.

We look forward to having a great Red Ribbon Week!
